F. R. Wallace, Jr.

Frank Richard "Cappy" Wallace Jr. (October 25, 1916 - May 4, 2008) was an American politician. Wallace served as the mayor of Chesterfield, New Jersey, a small rural community in Burlington County, New Jersey from 1975 until 1981. cite news |first=Jan |last=Hefler|title=F. R.
