GVM TV/Radio Corp., also known as Trans-Radio Broadcasting Corp., is a flagship FM network owned by the Tuazons in the Philippines. Its Main headquarters are located in Makati.

History

It first owned currently as 99.5 RT in Metro Manila since 1976 and they sold it to Real Radio Network Inc. in 1996. An experimental program on Y 101, as an inspiration by Martha Tuason, led into the decision to re-open the Metro Manila AM radio station on 990 kHz as Rock 990 in 2006 after almost five years of being off-the-air.
