Episode 34

Episode 34 is Episode 208 (34th) of Shin Chan. As most Episodes, it's divided into 3 Shorts:;Short 1: Shin and his friends hunt for frogs.;Short 2: Enter Summer and Paris.;Short 3: Lucky Bastard Fever Episode 4. Dr Hitler Clone reveals that he took an IQ Test, which said that he was smarter than (60-90)% of the population. He's not sure which; he didn't pay for the premium service. He wants to kill this (60-90)% of the population, whom he calls "dumbasses," which is pointed out to be 3-5 billion people. He makes holograms of himself all over th world. Action Bastard finds his lair, taking out many of The Flying Peckers minions, but when he finds the real Clone & Pecker, they're also holograms. Hitler Clone blows up Bastards blimp, possibly killing him.
