Broadmead, Saanich

Broadmead is a planned neighbourhood in the District of Saanich, British Columbia. Conceived in the 1960s, Broadmead includes a residential area with a commercial core centered around the "Broadmead Village" shopping centre. The neighbourhood's lots have covenants registered against them regulating the design and usage of the houses contained on the properties.
