Sylvia Stolz is a German
lawyer who defendedErnst Zundel at his trial for denying theHolocaust in February 2007. During that trial she called the Holocaust “the biggest lie in world history”. Zundel was convicted and is serving five years in prison. Stolz was in turn tried for the same offense and is currently serving a 3 1/2 year prison term. She also was banned from the practice of law for five years. Section 130 Incitement of the Masses
"Any person who, in a manner likely to disturb the public peace, assails the human dignity of others in that he
1. provokes hatred against sections of the population;
2. calls for the commission of acts of violence or the taking of arbitrary measures against them; or
