Mobilized Youth

Mobilized Youth is a non-partisan political activist organization founded in late 2003 by Benjamin Dictor, Paul Waters-Smith, and Jordan McLaughlin. The organization is currently active on the southwest coast of Florida in Sarasota and Manatee counties.

Mission and Objectives

The mission of Mobilized Youth is to involve young people in the political process. The organization, meeting weekly, organizes politically progressive social activism. The organization also emphasizes training its members to be effective activists after they leave the group.

Mobilized Youth's objectives include: working to preserve Social Security and separation of church and state, promoting peace and justice, opposing misleading information given by army recruiters to students.
