Mary Stafford may refer to:

  • Mary Stafford (singer)
  • Mary Boleyn (c.1499 – 1543), older sister of Queen Anne Boleyn and a mistress of King Henry VIII (possibly also of King Francis I of France). She married twice: in 1520 to Sir William Carey (d. 1528), and before 1534 to Sir William Stafford (c. 1500 - 1556).
