Panic Room are a band made up of former Karnataka (band) members Jonathon Edwards, Gavin John Griffiths, Paul Davies and Anne-Marie Helder with Alun Vaughan on bass guitar.

They released their debut album "Visionary Position" to great critical acclaim in early 2008.

Anne-Marie Helder also tours as a solo artist; and can currently be seen playing with Mostly Autumn on keyboards, backing vocals, flute & acoustic guitar.
