Jonas Holøs (born August 27 1987 in Sarpsborg, Norway) is a Norwegian professional ice hockey player. He's currently playing for Färjestad of the Swedish Elitserien.

Playing career

He played for Sparta Warriors since 2002, after the 07/08-season he signed with Färjestad. He represented Norway at the 2008 IIHF World Championship in Canada.
