Sarolta Zalatnay (also known by her stage name "Charlotte Sacher", born in Budapest, December 17, 1947) is a Hungarian singer.

She appeared first time on stage in 1963, later she finished on the second place in the Hungarian Television's song contest named "Táncdalfesztivál" (Dance Song Contest) with the song "Hol jár az eszem?" (Where is my mind running?). In 1967 she won the next contest with the song "Nem várok holnapig" (I am not waiting till tomorrow), which was accompanied by the Hungarian rock group Omega. During her tour in London in 1968-69 she got acquainted with the members of the Bee Gees group. She won the first prize on the Dance Song Contest in 1971 with "Fák, virágok, fény" (Trees, flowers, light). In her best period she appeared in several Hungarian movies in smaller roles.

In 1974 she got married with Sándor Révész (the singer of the successful Hungarian rock group called Piramis), but they divorced later on. Her second marriage was taken with László Benedek.

Imprisonment

In 2004 she was sentenced for 3 years for fraud. She served 16 months, and was released on parole in 2006.
