KQLL (branded as "The New KOOL 106.1") is a radio station broadcasting an classic hits format. Kevan Seal was given permission to launch his vision of what is now one of the 1st 100,000 watt "Classic Top 40" stations in the country, in Feb 2007. Licensed to Owasso, Oklahoma, USA; the station serves the Tulsa area. The station operates on FM frequency 106.1 MHz and is under ownership of Clear Channel Communications and the leadership of Director of Programming, Kevan Seal. KQLL FM also broadcasts it's station in HD and has an "HD2" format "Kool Chrome".

KQLL has launched its HD Radio substation as "Kool Chrome" and features 50' and 60's programming done by Kevan Seal, the Program Director of the main signal.(HD Radio needed).
