Her Motion for Mandatory Indemnification was denied on the grounds that, as an illegal director of the organization, she failed to rectify the illegality when she was able to do so. The plaintiffs' next action was to request that Limelight's lawyer, hired by Reynolds, be removed from the case. Deanna Rader, one of the attorneys for the plaintiffs, subsequently announced that her further involvement would bepro bono . Legal proceedings are continuing while the court determines whether the plaintiffs have standing for a case. No further legal action against Off-Broadway can occur until a decision has been made regarding the plaintiffs' legal right to pursue a case against the defendants.Plaintiffs
