Clark Cook House (or "Clark Cooke House") is an historic colonial house and restaurant on 285 Thames Street in Newport, Rhode Island.

The building was constructed in the eighteenth century. It was added to the National Historic Register in 1999,cite web|accessdate=2008-05-26
