Doctor Cornelius is a fictional character in C. S. Lewis's "The Chronicles of Narnia". He is a half-dwarf, half-human, tutor to Caspian X; called a "half-and-halfer" by Nikabrik.

In "Prince Caspian", Doctor Cornelius secretly teaches the prince about Old Narnia, against the commands of Caspian's uncle Miraz, who had usurped the throne. When Miraz's wife Prunaprismia gives birth to a son and heir, Cornelius helps Caspian to flee the castle. He also gives him Queen Susan's legendary magic horn, which is used to summon the Pevensie children back to Narnia to help the rebels. He later finds Caspian at the Dancing Lawn and advises them to fight Miraz's army at Aslan's How. Although some of the Old Narnians distrust him because of his mixed background, Cornelius is an intelligent and valuable advisor to them. Doctor Cornelius also features briefly in "The Last Battle", where he is part of the final reunion at the end of the book.

Vincent Grass played Doctor Cornelius in the 2008 film The .
