İstisu (also, İstisu; _hy. Jermajur) is a small village in the Kelbajar district of Azerbaijan. The area has been occupied by forces from Nagorno-Karabakh since the 1993.The village is the site of hotspring and Azerbaijanian president Heydar Aliyev owns a villa here.
