Belhard Group is a Minsk, Belarus-based and ISO 9001-2001 certified IT-holding, composed of more than 10 branch establishments with more than 30 activities. The parent enterprise Belhard Group (joint-stock company) was founded in 1994 by Igor Mamonenko and Andrey Grigortsevich.
