Debabrata Das is a Bengal and Kolkata Knight Riders player. He scored a 29 in the Indian Premier League game versus Mumbai Indians at Kolkata. One of the older members of the Indian U19 World Cup squad, this right-handed batsman only broke into the team during the Afro-Asia U19 Cup in November 2005. He obviously did enough to impress the selectors as he played in every match and he will be hoping to improve on his impressive start to his international career after scoring 156 runs in his six innings to date.

Another promising batsman from Bengal, Debabrata broke into the national U-19 side in the Afro-Asian U-19 Cup in November 2005. This technically sound right-hander slammed an impressive 156 runs in his first six under 19 innings.
