The 2006 Arkansas gubernatorial election was won by Mike Beebe of the Democratic Party. The election occurred on Tuesday, November 7, 2006. Mike Huckabee (R), one of Arkansas's longest serving Governors, was term limited and thus ineligible for re-election.

This was also the first time since 1978 (when Bill Clinton was elected to his first term) that no Arkansas incumbent governor was running for re-election.
