Boocame

Boocame is a city in the Sool region of Somalia. The city is significant to the of inhabitants of the Sool, Sanaag and Cayn regions of Somalia for having hosted the traditional chiefs, intellectuals, and civil representatives of the Dulbahante clan in November 2007, who jointly issued The Declaration of Dulbahante Traditional clan chiefs. The city also hosted two historical summits in 1990s before. Boocame is one of the oldest cities in Somalia.

There is a news website/portal with the namesake (Boocame [www.boocame.com] ) dedicated to the latest news from that region of Somalia.
