Marios Agathokleous (born September 8, 1974 in Limassol, Cyprus) is a retired Cypriot football striker. As of October 2010 he was appointed Director of Football at AEL FC.

Agathokleous last played for Thermaikos F.C. in the Greek Gamma Ethniki.^[1] His former teams are AEL FC, Athinaikos F.C., Aris FC, Anorthosis Famagusta, APOEL, AEP Paphos Doxa Drama F.C., Panthrakikos F.C. and Thermaikos F.C.

Agathokleos made 39 appearances for the Cyprus national football team from 1994 to 2003.^[2]
