"Infotainment?" is the third album by the highly political band, Pitch Shifter, released in 1996. It can be considered a transition album from their very death metal-esque early songs to their techno-metal material that was created later.
Infotainment is a term referring to the news media publishing only stories which they believe will make money, or "sell". Thus, they are entertaining us with information that may or may not be important.

In "Introductory Disclaimer" and "(Harmless) Interlude" there is a subliminal message that repeats, "Pitchshifter are good. Pitchshifter are our pals."

There was a bonus disc called Exploitainment which was only given away with the Infotainment? limited festival edition. The disc also featured a CD ROM Video Section for the songs: "Underachiever," "Triad," and "Deconstruction" and 2 audio tracks: "Underachiever (0990 243003 Mix)" and "Product Placement (Disinformation Mix)."
