JCI Ralston is the Ralston, Nebraska chapter of the Junior Chamber International (JCI) organization.

The chapter was founded in September 1968 as the Ralston Jaycees. In December 2007, the local chapter changed its name to JCI Ralston and restructured itself to identify with the international organization. The chapter has ranged in size from between 20 and 140 members over the years.

JCI Ralston seeks to provide the following to its membership: community service opportunities; leadership and project management trainings; civic involvement; social networking; and business skill development. Projects are run within the Ralston community as much as possible in order to support the local economy.

Members are men and women between the ages of 21 and 40. As a volunteer organization, member attendance to meetings and projects is not mandatory, but it is encouraged.

Members are encouraged to step up for leadership positions through serving in elected office, chairing projects, and getting involved with chapter committees. Leadership positions exist not only at the chapter level, but also at the regional, state, national, and international levels.
