Tommy Robson

Tommy Robson

Tommy Robson (born July 31, 1944 in Gateshead, England) is a former English footballer who played as a left winger.

Robson began his career with Northampton Town before moving on to Chelsea and then Newcastle United. He would gain renown for a good scoring rate for a winger. In 1968, he joined Peterborough United. Robson served the club for 13 years before leaving League football for Nuneaton Borough On 4th October 2008, Robson was the first ever inductee to the Peterborough United hall of fame.
