Paddy O'Reilly

Paddy O'Reilly is a multiple award-winning Australian writer. She won the Age Short Story Award in 2002 for her story, "Snapshots of a Stranger" [ [http://www.theage.com.au/articles/2002/12/13/1039656219769.html Writer's winning streak, The Age ] ] and was an Asialink resident to Japan in 1997 [ [http://www.asialink.unimelb.edu.au/our_work/arts/literature/residencies/past/japan Asialink residents Japan] ] . Her work has been published in Australia, Europe and the USA. "Heart of Pearl", a short film for which she wrote the screenplay, was nominated for an Australian Film Institute award.
