Klee Benally

Klee Benally is the lead vocalist and guitarist of Navajo punk rock band, Blackfire. He formed [Indigenous Action Media] [http://www.indigenousaction.org Indigenous Action Media] to offer Native youth the opportunity to address social and economic issues through film and video. He directed a documentary called " [The Snowbowl Effect] [http://www.savethepeaks.org Save the Peaks] " which addresses proposed ski area development on Arizona's San Francisco Peaks. He was also the coordinator of the southwest Native American Film and Video Festival at the Museum of Northern Arizona in 2004 and 2005.
