issues=Viator of Lyons is a French saint of the
fourth century . TheClerics of Saint Viator take their name from him. According to tradition, he was a lector or acatechist at thecathedral of Lyons , and was held in high esteem by thebishop of Lyons , Justus (Just), and by the congregants. After Justus decided to live as ahermit inEgypt in 381, Viator accompanied him. They died atScetes (present-day "Wadi El Natrun") in 389 AD; Viator survived the bishop by a few weeks.Their relics were translated to
