Carlo Antonio Del Fava born 1 July 1981 in Umtata, South Africa is a rugby union player. His preferred positions is Lock. He currently plays for Ulster in the Magners League.

In his first season at the club, Del Fava captained Ulster in an interprovincial match against Munster.

He was called up to the Italy squad for the 2008 Six Nations Championship.cite web|url=http://news.bbc.co.uk/sport1/hi/rugby_union/7179870.stm|title=Parisse handed Italy captaincy|publisher=BBC|date=2008-01-23|accessdate=2008-01-02] Del Fava made his Italy debut in the 2004 Six Nations Championship and has 21 caps for his country.

While playing rugby in South Africa, Del Fava served a two-year ban after testing positive for the banned substance stanozolol.
