James R. Geisler Middle School, (formerly known as Walled Lake Junior High School and/or Walled Lake Middle School)(also known as Geisler Middle School, GMS, Geisler Wolves, and Walled Lake Geisler), is a public school located in Walled Lake, Michigan. As one of the four middle schools in Walled Lake Consolidated Schools. Courses

As well as learning fundamental subjects like Mathematics, Science, Social Studies, and English, James R. Geisler provides with other extended concept subjects. Here is a list of them: Art, Physical Education, Design Technology, Communication Arts, Life Management, World Language, Information Technology, Vocal Music, Band, and Orchestra (Starting in the school year of 2008/2009, many opinions of students and staff members at James R. Geisler have decided to no longer keep Information Technology as an elective subject). This school is named after the former superintendent of Walled Lake Consolidated Schools, James R. Geisler, and honors his role he has done before he retired.

Famous People

Mrs. Kristen Haglund, Miss America 2008, attended Geisler Middle School as well as Western High and Meadowbrook Elementary. James R. Geisler has also a wide range of ethnicity in its students and staff.
