Roger Espinoza (born October 25, 1986 in Honduras) is a Honduran soccer (football) player, who plays left midfield. He currently plays with Kansas City Wizards of Major League Soccer.

Youth

Espinoza moved to Aurora, Colorado at 12 year old. He was born in Honduras to a family of six siblings. When he moved to the Denver zone, he lived with his coach, Rafael Amaya. He played at NJCAA powerhouse Yavapai College for two years before transferring to Ohio State University for his junior season. He participated in the 2007 Division I Men's College Cup Finals losing against Wake Forest 2-1. Professional

Roger Espinoza was picked 11 overall in the 2008 MLS SuperDraft by Kansas City Wizards. He made his MLS debut on April 9, 2008 against the New England Revolution. He scored his first professional goal on July 17, 2008 against Columbus Crew.
