The Dhaka Regency is a business-class hotel, located in the commercial area of Nikunja in Dhaka, Bangladesh. With its fifteen-storey tower, the Dhaka Regency has a total of 250,000 square feet (23,000 m2) of space. Each floor of the hotel spans 20,000 square feet (1,900 m2). There is also a 25,000 square feet (2,300 m2) basement parking facility. The Dhaka Regency has over 300 rooms and suites. The hotel is the closest hotel near Dhaka's international airport, and Nikunja Commercial area.[1]
