Fantcha

Fantcha (born Francelina Durão Amerida in Mindelo on São Vicente Island, Cape Verde) is a Cape Verdean singer who is popularly known in its traditional morna. She began her career with Cesária Évora. In 1988 she accompanied Évora in several tours in the USA, Fantcha later visited New York.
