Evdokimos Tsolakidis (born
1962 inThessaloniki ) is a GreekActor, Director, Play writer, Drama teacher, Founder and Artistic Director of Theater of Changes.He is the renovator of actor's education in Greece.Fact|date=February 2008
He studied in the Medical School of the University of Rome. He was awarded his diploma of the Drama School of Northern Greece with honors.
He continued his studies in drama, acting and directing in New York (Actor’s Studio, H.B. Studio) funded by the U.S.Government (Fulbright Foundation).
He has worked as an actor and director in Greece and abroad, for more than twenty years, working both on classical and modern drama.During the last ten years he has been teaching Improvisation, Acting, and Acting Technique, in various drama schools in Greece and abroad.( International Acting School, Rome, Italy - Drama Department of University of Alexandria, Egypt - Drama Department of University of Teheran, Iran - Cinecitta Campus, Rome, Italy - Drama Department of University of Ciudad del Carmen, Mexico )He was the president of the jury at the International Theatre Festival of Agadir, Marocco (2007)For the last 3 years he organises an International Theatre Festival (In.F.o.Ma.T.) where theatre makers from all over the world have the opportunity to share and get acquainted with new working methods from different parts of the globe.
Works
His first play "Athens - Moscow" has been staged on his own direction for two years (2001-2002-2003) and has been published along with his second play "Nothing" (DODONI ed.). He has also published a book concerning 'Acting' (KOAN ed.).
