Jack Keller (songwriter)

Jack Keller (November 11, 1936April 1, 2005) was an American pop songwriter who wrote (or co-wrote, with partners such as Howard Greenfield and Gerry Goffin) many top ten hits of the 1960s and 1970s, and also the theme song from "Bewitched".

He died of leukemia at the age of 68.
