Louise Currie (born February 2, 1921 in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma) was an American film actress of the 1940s into the early 1950s.

Currie first attended Sarah Lawrence College in New York, where she became interested in acting. She moved to Hollywood, California and attended Max Reinhardt's drama school, where she was spotted by talent scouts while taking part in the schools stage workshop. However, she declined to attempt screen tests until after graduation. With the help of her agent, Sue Carol, wife to actor Alan Ladd, she began working with Monogram Pictures and Columbia Pictures.

Most of her movies were B-movies and serials, often having her portraying the heroine. Her first film was in 1940, when she starred in "Billy the Kid Outlawed". In 1941 she starred in the "Adventures of Captain Marvel" opposite Tom Tyler, and that same year she had an uncredited role in the classic movie "Citizen Kane". From 1940 to 1949 she would have roles, many of which were starring, in thirty nine films. She did a few television appearances in 1950 and 1951, after which she retired from acting.

She had married actor John Whitney during her careers peak, but the marriage did not last and ended in divorce. She then married former actor John Good, and the two opened a private business remodeling and redecorating houses. The business was successful, and the two remained together until his death. In 1944 she had starred opposite Hollywood legend Bela Lugosi in "Voodoo Man". Along with actress Lucille Lund and others, she took part in the 1997 documentary "Lugosi: Hollywood's Dracula", which detailed the life and acting career of Bela Lugosi. In 2002 she married Grover Asmus, former husband to actress Donna Reed.
