Rigoberto Beltrán (born November 13, 1969 in Tijuana, Baja California, Mexico) is a former Major League Baseball left-handed pitcher. He is an alumnus of the University of Wyoming.

Drafted by the St. Louis Cardinals in the 26th round of the by|1991 MLB amateur draft, Beltrán would make his Major League Baseball debut with the Cardinals on June 2, by|1997. His final game came on April 28, by|2004, as a member of the Montreal Expos.
