Gopherlog

Gopherlog

A gopherlog is a weblog which is displayed using the Gopher protocol, instead of using the World wide web. The first known gopherlog was created by George Hotelling as an April Fool's Day joke on April 1, 2005. Due to the limitations of the Gopher protocol, it is unlikely that gopherlogs will become as popular as their weblog counterparts.
