Syed Jahangir ( _bn. সৈয়দ জাহাঙ্গীর) is a prominent free-lance artist of Bangladesh. He was born in Satkhira on January 2, 1935. He graduated in Fine Arts from Govt. Art Institute of Arts and Crafts, presently Institute of Fine Arts, University of Dhaka. He has been painting for 55 years including 9000 oils, watercolors and mixed medias.
