Sergo Zakariadze

Sergo Zakariadze ( _ka. სერგო ზაქარიაძე; IPA2|sɛrgɔ zakarɪadzɛ OldStyleDate|18 July|1909|July 1 in Baku – 13 April 1971 in Tblisi) was a Georgian actor. He won several prizes among them Best Actor honors at the Moscow International Film Festival for his portrayal of an aging peasant in "Father of a Soldier" ("Djariskatsis mama"). His final rôle was in Bondarchuk's Waterloo as Prussian Marschall Gebhard Leberecht von Blücher, just a few months before his death.
