Knatts Valley

Knatts Valley

Knatts Valley is situated in the West Kingsdown civil parish. It is a development of housing within a wooded area, mainly of detached housing. To the west is a similar development - East Hill. There is a golf course here and a Public House [http://www.foxnhounds.co.uk The Fox and Hounds]

It was originally a rural community comprising mainly of several small holdings: the principal farms being Knatts Farm (sheep), giving its name to the area; and Maplescombe Farm (cattle).
