It is a tool that allows users and customers of the organization to obtain information more easily [ [1] ] ,. Such tools are considered a step up from the classic decision making tools because they integrate querying tables, reporting, online application processes (OLAP), data mining and data warehousing functions more closely. It will let users manipulate the information from their organization’s several databases without depending on their IT departments to develop complex queries.

Business intelligence (BI) software is a way for performing flexible analysis of massive data volumes with the goal of improving effectiveness of decision making. The important elements in Business intelligence (BI) software are statistical, predicting, and data mining technologies. In general BI applications include decision support, query and reporting. To use it effectively, these technologies should be available to employees, managers, consultants, suppliers, and customers.
