* Different pressings of the record display vocal performances by either James Copeland or Stephen Babcock. In fact Copeland did perform on the album, while Babcock eventually replaced him after he departed from the group. At no point did Babcock re-record any tracks and a subsequent re-release follow from it.
* The track "The Biggler Complex" is often mis-titled in reviews and other publications as "The Bigger Complex".
* The opening track "Infernal Throne" was written by drummer Andy Taylor and all guitar parts written byUnmerciful drummer James King.
* "The Nightmare" and "Promising Demise" included as 'Bonus Tracks' are generally considered, or questioned, to be anything from obscure cover songs or last minute recordings. They were, in fact, older songs recorded before the sessions of Infernal Throne.
* Infernal Rise was recorded two complete times. The first version was stored on an external hard drive with other band studio recording sessions, and was eventually stolen from engineer and producer Chris Hess, and henceforth the entire record was forced to be re-recorded entirely.
