Dan Hanson is a current church administrative pastor who formerly served as a college football coach in the United States.

Assistant coaching

Hanson had served as the defensive coordinator, defensive backs, and linebackers coach for Malone. He also worked as defensive coordinator at Olivet Nazarene University where he was instrumental in ONU's NCCAA Victory Bowl Championship in 1997, in the squad's achieving a spot in the 1998 NAIA national championship game and in the team's 1999 MSFA Midwest League title. Personal life

Hanson left football to become the Administrative Pastor at Canton First Church of the Nazarene. Hanson holds a bachelor's degree in religion from Olivet Nazarene University as well as two masters' degrees in religion and teaching.
