V T "Tommy" Tatum (July 16 1919 - November 7 1989) was an American center fielder in Major League Baseball who played with the Brooklyn Dodgers and Cincinnati Reds in 1941 and 1947. Born in Decatur, Texas, he served in the Army from 1942-1946 during World War II.

He was the manager of the Oklahoma City Indians from 1951-1955 after his playing career ended. He died at age 70 in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.
