Regular season

The 1957 season would be the year that the Braves would win their first World Series championship in Milwaukee. Led by NL MVP Hank Aaron and NL Cy Young Award Winner Warren Spahn, the Braves won 95 games to clinch the pennant. Longtime Brooklyn Dodger Andy Pafko and World Series hero Bobby Thomson were also part of the team that year. On June 12, 1957, Eddie Matthews hit the 200th HR of his career.
