Þorvaldur Gylfason

Þorvaldur Gylfason is an Icelandic economist.

He is the son of Gylfi Þ. Gíslason, and the brother of philosopher Þorsteinn Gylfason and politician Vilmundur Gylfason. He is currently professor of economics at the University of Iceland, and often writes articles in the Icelandic newspapers.
