secretary of the Celtic League, from (1984-88) and (1991-2006), the only person to do so. He received unanimous commendation at the 2005 Celtic League AGM for fronting the Celtic League's long running "Military Monitoring Campaign", a campaign that all branches in the six Celtic nations have run over the past three decades.Fact|date=February 2007He has also fronted the various Celtic League's branch campaigns for a number of artefacts to be returned to their countries of origin saying:
