Arthur Moses (born 3 March, 1973 in Accra) is a former Ghanaian football player.In 1992, he was the leading scorer in the Nigerian Premier League with 11 as Stationery Stores won their final league title.He capped for Ghana at 1998 African Cup of Nations.
