Tutu, Noble

Tutu, Chamberlain under Akhenaten, minister of protocol and foreign affairs.
He is said to be of Syrian origin.
Among his many titles are "Chief Spokesman of the Entire Land", "Chief Servant of Neferkheperure Waenre in the House of the Aten", "Overseer of all Craftsmen of the Lord of the Two Lands", "Chief Servant of Neferkheperure Waenre in the Wia Barque", "Overseer of Silver and Gold of the Lord of the Two Lands", "Overseer of the Treasury of the Aten", "Overseer of all the Works of His Majesty" and "First Prophet of the Divine King" which points at him being a High Priest of Akhenaten's religion.
He is the owner of Southern tomb no. 8 at Akhetaten.
His name often appears in the cuneiform tablets known as the "Amarna Letters".
