Geoffrey David Bell was born on April 19 in Christchurch, New Zealand and is a television presenter in New Zealand.

Education

Bell was raised in Springston, thirty minutes out of Christchurch. He attended Springston Primary and then St Andrew's College.

After High School, Bell continued his study at the New Zealand Broadcasting School [http://www.cpit.ac.nz/schools/new_zealand_broadcasting_school] , and graduated with a Bachelor of Broadcast Communications.

First Job

Bell's first job was as an intern for popular sports comedy show Pulp Sport and then moved on to music station Juice TV to present his first show Kit Kat Break.

On a Roll

In February 2007, Bell left MTV New Zealand to present NZ Performance Car TV on Television New Zealand and SKY. A youth magazine car show based on Parkside Media's "Performance Car Magazine". The opportunity arose from Bell's NZ Broadcasting School Pilot, Urban Ignition

Besides hosting the weekly show, Bell also presented and commentated on four rounds of the NZ Drift Series.

In July 2007, Bell started presenting popular children's science and technology programme, Let's Get Inventin' for Television New Zealand.

In December 2007, Bell made a cameo on NZ's biggest drama, Shortland St as 'Mike the Plumber'.

In 2008, Bell continued hosting a second series of NZ Performance Car TV and Let's Get Inventin'

On 3rd September 2008, Bell left New Zealand to look for opportunities in the United Kingdom.

Trivia

While studying Bell mixed paint at Placemakers Riccarton.

He has had the number plate DRYICE since the age of 15.

In Bell's downtime he worked for Pulp Sport.
