Maggie Shevlin (born June 6, 1953) is an Irish actress.

Maggie Shevlen was born in Newry, Northern Ireland. After graduating from Queen's University Belfast, having won Best Actress in the Irish Student Drama Festival, she went on to study drama at the University of Manchester, where her contemporaries were Antony Sher, Richard Griffiths, Julie Walters, and Bernard Hill.Fact|date=July 2007 After graduation, Shevlin acted on "Coronation Street" and numerous projects with Granada Television, including a period as a children's TV presenter.
